Pull Apart Chicken Parmesan Sliders

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice the chicken breasts thin and pound to an even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then cut into pieces roughly the size of your slider buns.
2. Add the egg to one shallow bowl and whisk. Add the flour and panko to another shallow bowl and mix together.
3. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then coat well in the flour and panko mixture.
4. Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden and crispy on both sides and cooked through.
5. Add the bottoms of the slider buns to a baking dish. Layer with the crispy chicken, marinara, and mozzarella.
6. Add the tops of the buns. Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and parmesan, then brush over the tops.
7. Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warmed through.
