Add the peaches, lemon juice, simple syrup and 3 to 4 basil leaves to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large pitcher and add Weber Ranch Vodka, finely chopped remaining basil and sparkling water. Add plenty of ice and stir well. Pour into glasses over ice, garnish with fresh peach and basil, and serve.
